Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and operational efficiency through innovative approaches.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate incident response activities to ensure timely resolution and communication.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends and implementing preventive measures.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting to enhance operational workflows.
• Ability to work with cloud infrastructure and understand distributed system architectures.
• Skilled in performance tuning and capacity planning to maintain system health.
