- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AIX System Administration.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning on AIX platforms.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for complex software and hardware issues.
- Ability to manage and maintain critical business applications in a high-availability environment.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.
