- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex software systems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and improve system reliability.
