- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and reduce downtime.

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level packaged applications.
- Ability to interpret system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem tracking tools.
