The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain service reliability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools related to Infrastructure As Code.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve system reliability.
