Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of business-critical applications.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques relevant to software support environments.
