As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and ensure seamless operations is a key part of daily activities, along with documenting findings and continuously improving support processes to enhance overall system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support workflows and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks, Data Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and their integration within enterprise environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data pipelines and processing workflows.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and failures.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and incident response.
• Understanding of data security and compliance considerations in cloud environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks and Data Engineering.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
