- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, Python (Programming Language), Shell Scripting.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with debugging and performance tuning of server-side applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and log analysis techniques.
- Ability to write and maintain automation scripts to streamline support tasks.
