Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
• Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning in Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies for complex software and hardware issues.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals and security best practices within Linux systems.
• Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
