- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
- Experience with data mapping, transformation, and integration processes related to O9 platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to detect and diagnose application problems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system logs and performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
