Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure smooth system operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to maintaining the reliability and performance of critical applications that support business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
• To support day to day incidents, Reporting, Weekly status calls, Delta updates
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Succession certified/EC
• Has at least 1 implementation and support experience
• AMS experience will be added advantage
• Addition module experience like SF EC, Comp or RCM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support.
• Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business process workflows and their impact on software performance.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
