Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize system downtime.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and their impact on network operations.
