Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with managing and troubleshooting marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and integration techniques.
  • Ability to analyze logs and system data to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with data management and segmentation within marketing platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
