• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system support efficiency.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting software applications in a live environment.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems to track and prioritize support tasks.
