Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of server-side JavaScript and runtime environments.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance monitoring techniques.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Knowledge of database interactions and query optimization.
