• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug complex software issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications in a production environment.
• Ability to write efficient and maintainable code to support application stability and performance.
• Familiarity with database concepts and performance tuning related to Oracle databases.
