The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless operation and support of critical applications, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and middleware technologies related to SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration.
• Experience in designing, developing, and supporting API interfaces and integration flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex integration landscapes involving multiple systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance of integration components.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
