Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ab Initio.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to complex software systems.
- Experience with monitoring and diagnosing issues in enterprise-level applications.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify root causes of failures.
- Familiarity with data processing workflows and batch job management.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
