Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of automation processes to enhance system efficiency. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues. - Experience with automation tools and methodologies. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support processes. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering L2 Automation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
