As a TM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring applications to meet business processes and application requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project needs, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure seamless application performance that supports business operations.

You will actively participate in problem-solving discussions, contribute to project success, and ensure that developed applications align with the organization s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Work independently and develop expertise as an application specialist in SAP TM.

Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to solution design and decision-making.

Analyze business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

Develop, enhance, and support SAP TM applications and related integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Assist in documenting application processes, technical designs, and workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of project requirements.

Continuously upgrade skills and stay aligned with the latest technologies and industry practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in SAP TM (Transportation Management).

Hands-on experience in Marine Transportation Management operations within SAP TM.

Solid understanding of application development methodologies and lifecycle.

Experience in integrating SAP TM with other systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, GTS, EWM, EM).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
