As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve diagnosing and resolving issues within essential business systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components function seamlessly, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides for system users.
