Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely support, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to improve future support efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular. - Strong understanding of web development principles and frameworks. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting applications. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Angular. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
