Job Description

Project Role : Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must have skills : Salesforce Development

Good to have skills : JavaScript, Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Sales Cloud

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Must have to work in shifts in rotation and providing 24x7 monitoring and L1 and L2 support of applications and data workflows.

Role: L1 and L2 Support

As an application support engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business in Salesforce. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all components function seamlessly. You will also be responsible for providing support to users, guiding them through technical challenges, and implementing solutions that enhance system efficiency and reliability. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be tasked with maintaining the integrity of business operations through effective software management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor application status using provided dashboards or tools for common issues
  • Generate incident reports and track resolution efficiency.
  • Collect and document incident details in a ticketing or incident management system
  • Provides intermediate troubleshooting, configuration, and issue escalation. Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development skills LWC, Apex, Flow, and Admin work
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript, Salesforce Administration, and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of software troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
  • Familiarity with user support and training methodologies.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • This position is based at our Mumbai office.
  • A 15-year full-time education is required., 15 years full time education
