As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in resolving technical challenges.
• Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Good To Have Skills: Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced, UiPath ProcessGold Process Mining.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using robotic process automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug automation scripts and processes.
• Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with existing business applications and systems.
• Ability to work with logs, error messages, and system alerts to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
