Summary:
We are looking for an experienced production support and application maintenance professional with deep expertise in payment systems and banking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Global PayPlus (GPP-SP) and associated payment applications, managing incidents, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring SLA adherence, and maintaining regulatory and scheme compliance in high-availability financial systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, support teams, and business users, providing timely updates on incidents, fixes, and maintenance activities.
- Provide production support for Global PayPlus (GPP SP) and payment applications.
- Support configurations, interfaces, and payment schemes (SEPA, SWIFT, CHAPS) in live environments.
- Ensure compliance with sanctions screening and regulatory requirements.
- Use SQL and Unix scripting for monitoring, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support preventive measures to improve system stability.
- Work with Jira and ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident, problem, and change management, adhering to SLAs and ITIL processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Technical Skills: Global PayPlus (GPP-SP) product knowledge.
- Strong understanding of Banking Domain.
- Proficiency in SQL and Unix shell scripting.
- Functional Knowledge: Expertise in SEPA, SWIFT, and CHAPS payment schemes.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering / Sanction Screening and compliance.
- Understanding of Liquidity management.
- Tools & Platforms: Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), and other workflow management tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
