Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain operational excellence, all while adapting to the evolving needs of the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and their applications.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving virtualization-related issues.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions in a virtualized environment.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for virtual machines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration.
