Notice period : Immediate Joiner or max who can join in 10 Days.

Location: Delhi - Dwarka (work from office)

• We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Specialist with a minimum of 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong ADVANCE EXCEL knowledge & SQL COMMAND knowledge.
• Experience in the CRM or banking domain, which would be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Has to work on Advance Excel ( Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table )
• Generating Reports ( Data Analysis )
• Extracting Reports by using SQL Commands
• Handling Customer Queries and answering them and resolving them, through mails.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic application-related problems.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements.
• Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
• Provide user training and support as needed.

Required Skills:

• Good Knowledge in SQL Commands / Queries.
• Strong proficiency in Advance Excel ( Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table )
• Experience with CRM systems or within the banking domain is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Special Instructions:

• The candidate will be provided a 2-week free training. Upon completion of this training, a final interview will be conducted. The candidate will be offered a position contingent upon successfully clearing the training period.
