We are seeking Application Support expert to ensure the smooth functioning of our Business Central ecosystem. In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for ERP-related issues, helping teams across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Inventory resolve challenges quickly and effectively. What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the first line of support for Business Central users across multiple departments.
• Log, analyze, and categorize incoming support tickets with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot issues related to roles, access, navigation, reporting, and data entry.
• Support master data setup for Vendors, Customers, and Items.
• Perform basic system configurations under supervision.
• Escalate complex functional and technical issues to Level 2 teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain updated documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree (BCA, B.Sc, B.Tech preferred).
• 02 years of experience in ERP or Application Support.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Strong customer service orientation, communication skills, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts when required.
