We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer – Ariba Cloud Integration to support, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud-based integrations. The role involves hands-on work with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration), API-based integrations, and customer-facing support activities to ensure stable and high-performing integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot iFlows and content configurations using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration)
- Support and manage REST API integrations, including ingestion APIs, OAuth2 authentication, and HTTP-based data pipelines
- Handle JSON-based configurations, debug structured payloads, and resolve integration issues
- Provide customer-facing application support, including ticket handling, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
- Monitor integrations and ensure system stability and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex integration and production issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and HTTP integrations
- Experience working with JSON payloads and configuration management
- Proven experience in application support / production support roles
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with SAP Ariba Synchronous & Asynchronous APIs
- Exposure to SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and scripting (Python, Groovy)
- Familiarity with Process Mining concepts
- Interest or experience in AI implementation or AI-based solutions
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
