Job Description:

Provide entry-level IT support focused on learning and reactive assistance.
Handle basic IT support tickets for third-party applications used in production and manufacturing.
Participate in system rollouts, upgrades, and testing as part of larger projects.
Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to support deployment, testing, and maintenance of custom solutions.
Monitor application performance, perform routine maintenance, and ensure system availability.
Document issues, resolutions, and contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles.
Provide basic training and system walkthroughs to end-users on new features and updates to custom applications or manufacturing systems.
Configure, maintain, and support manufacturing-specific applications, including integrations and database queries.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, support procedures, and issue resolutions.
Deliver system training and technical support to end-users on new features and updates.
