Job Summary:

• Handling Day to day incidents, work requests, enhancements, production tickets and ad-hoc requests
• 24*7 application support for airlines systems and other custom applications including integrations
• Closing the assigned incidents as per SLAs and capturing all SLA metrics correctly and on time
• Completing Documentation and update Application Understanding Documents
• Update the activity on Service Now and JIRA on daily basis towards closure
• Responsible for testing all applications during patching activities on all the servers
• Co-ordinate with customer infra and business teams for closure of incidents
• Preferably a BE/BTech graduate
• Airline Domain knowledge or worked in mission critical Application Support/Service Delivery 24*7 support teams
• Ready to work in 24*7 rotational shifts
• Excellent business communication skills
