Summary
The Application Support Analyst is tasked with providing user support for a variety of applications within a hybrid working context, ensuring efficient incident management, troubleshooting, and adherence to security policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 support on a portfolio of applications including Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, Google sites, Keepek, Labware, and Drupal.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across applications.
- Assign and review role-based access ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege.
- Implement and enforce security policies in line with regulatory compliance.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and segregation of duties checks.
- Prepare audit logs and compliance reports for stakeholders.
- Support audit teams during security assessments.
- Investigate unauthorized access attempts and escalate incidents appropriately.
- Perform risk analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and compliance teams to align access with organizational requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in support of web applications.
- ITIL certification.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with various WEB applications like Monday.com, MIRO, AODocs, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change Management.

Location: Pune. Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 24x7 rotational shifts following the sun hours).
