Job Description

Position: Application Support Analyst IV

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Shift: Rotational (24/7) Candidate might be required to work On-call or after business hours

Primary Skills: M365 SharePoint Admin, O365 Exchange Admin, OneDrive Admin, MS Teams Admin

Secondary Skills: Slack Administration, Miro Admin, Conf Room Ops, Airtable Admin

Experience:

5–8 years of experience in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing support for SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

• Basic administration of:

o Exchange Online.

o Microsoft Teams.

o Slack.

o Slack Administration.

• Ability to perform basic Microsoft Copilot troubleshooting (prompt issues, access, integration problems).

• Troubleshoot:

o Site access and permission issues.

o Sync and sharing problems.

o Storage and performance issues.

• Manage:

o SharePoint sites, site collections, and permissions.

o OneDrive user issues and policies.

• Support governance and compliance configurations.

• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.

• Perform root cause analysis and document solutions.

• Train/assist the service desk team to improve FCR (First Contact resolution).

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Miro Administration.

• Conference Room Operations Support.

Required Skills:

•Strong experience in:

o SharePoint Online administration.

o OneDrive for Business support.

• Knowledge of:

o Permissions models and sharing policies.

o M365 admin center and PowerShell.

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations.

Good to have skills:

o Miro administration.

o Conference Room administration (MS Teams and Zoom).

o Airtable administration.

• Slack administration.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience working in ticket-based support environments.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

Work Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift model.

• Flexibility to support global users across time zones.
