Technical and Personal Skills:
- 5+ years hands-on application support experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience supporting contemporary SaaS/Cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in an ITIL environment
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service, verbal/written communication and collaboration skills with a variety of stakeholders with varying technical expertise
- Experience working independently and proactively whilst demonstrating impeccable risk identification/mitigation and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to proactively investigate and initiate opportunities for system and business improvement.
- Proven ability to write quality, fit-for-purpose documentation including, but not limited to KB articles, end-user guides and technical release notes.
- A desire, passion, and tenacity to set a personal vision and truly make a difference in the work you do with your colleagues. You enjoy a challenge and draw energy from solving problems.
- Aptitude and passion for expanding your expertise as needed by a role and demonstrated self-commitment to maintaining your knowledge of emerging technologies, standards, and frameworks.
