As Application Support Analyst, you will be joining highly motivated Intelligent automation team and experts working on automation opportunities to improve the efficiency and saving costs for the company. As a team member you will actively collaborate with Product Owners, Business Users, Platform architect and other ITS infra teams to support enterprise grade platform management.

We're looking for passionate Software Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation Platform team. We offer exciting opportunities to work on impactful products that shape DHL's digital future.

You'll be involved in:

• Day-to-day platform operations of OnPrem, AI & SaaS services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and adherence to SLAs.
• Ensuring reliable operation of automation services with proactive monitoring and issue resolution
• Troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to continuous improvement
• Working closely with product managers, developers, and support teams across regions
• Maintaining technical documentation and the knowledge of supported applications

Whether you're building new automation, app or enabling platform, your work will directly influence customer experience, operational excellence, and employee safety.

Good to Have:

While not required, any prior experience or exposure to the following would be a plus:

• Understanding of AI/ML, especially NLP, LLMs, OCR, and predictive models
• Cloud and container technologies (e.g., Azure, Docker)
• Familiarity with architecture concepts
