Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance in response to customer inquiries, including education, training, and on-site visits.
• Develop methods for Ion Chromatography and sample preparations, ensuring world-class performance.
• Conduct customer presentations and technical seminars, successfully implementing educational programs on our chromatographic products.
• Prepare and present technical seminars to both existing and potential customers.
• Deepen and broaden Thermo Fisher Scientific's customer relationships with key scientific and educational leaders.
• Assist in developing educational content for company-hosted websites, videos, seminars, and application reports.
• Be an integral part of complaints handling and troubleshooting at demo labs or customer sites.

Requirements

• Post Graduate / PhD in Chemistry (Analytical / Organic), Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience working on Ion Chromatography operations.
• Over 3 years of experience in Pharma/Biopharma with various analytical analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to generate technically reviewed application notes and contribute to global tech tools.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% across India.
• Interest in learning alternate chromatographic techniques for customer support.
• Upkeep on current technology trends and scientific literature, cascading information to the sales force team.
