IT – Application Lead is responsible for Application Landscape for ReNew.
Collaborate with Sr. Leaders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions
Resource planning , develop team skill matrix and team work load management
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals
Mentor, guide and coach direct reports in order to expand their capabilities and build management depth within the organization
This involves selection & implementation of new technology for ReNew in in the digital transformation journey.
Ensure that requirements traceability is maintained and new application requirements are introduced in a controlled manner with regard to functional dependencies, integration points, and regression considerations
Take the lead in IT projects to optimize operations and boost productivity
Use knowledge of business strategies and obstacles in order to lead the design necessary, problem-solving, business focused applications
Experience working with SAP on developing a strategic plan for a global ERP environment
Expert level knowledge of SAP development functionality and implementation methodology
Sustainment of existing application and interface with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and developing a digital transformation journey road map.
Strong focus on adoption of technology and preparing and tracking overall ROI.
