Application Specialist / Production Support Engineer

Experience Range :

2 to 5 Years (4 Positions) - Up to 12 LPA

8 to 10 Years (1 Position) - Up to 21 LPA

Timing: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Job Location: Powai (All 5 days work from office) and or Saudi (Depending upon need of the business might be required to travel for minimum 1 Year) and this is a techno functional role.

Working days: Sunday to Thursday

Mandate Skills: SQL, and any 1 programming language (Python, .Net, Java, C#, Asp.Net)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Application Specialist / with a background in application development and production support. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business-critical applications, troubleshooting production issues, and working closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth application operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 application and production support for enterprise applications.
• Monitor applications and respond to production incidents and alerts.
• Perform issue analysis, debugging, and resolution within SLA timelines.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation, issue investigation, and reporting.
• Work with developers to understand application behavior and fixes.
• Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in on-call or shift-based support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Experience in Application Support / Production Support
• Knowledge of one or more programming languages:
• Python, Java, .NET, C#, ASP.NET
• Strong SQL skills
• Understanding of web applications and application servers

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment
• Ability to work under pressure
