Job Description

Provide both functional and technical support for various versions of Capital Markets applications
Analyze, validate, and manage business and system requirements in coordination with business stakeholders
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data validation and reporting
Develop and support application components using C# and JavaScript
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA to ensure smooth system functionality
Participate in incident management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating business scenarios
Document application changes, processes, and support guidelines for ongoing improvements
