You have not had the chance to work with PolyWorks yet Rest assured, our team of experts will provide the best training to allow you to perform the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our solutions to offer basic and expert-level technical support to our customers
- Provide our customers with training sessions, which normally last three to four days, to ensure that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes
- Perform advanced software demonstrations that are adapted to the specific needs of our potential customers
- Participate in our marketing events, such as tradeshows, seminars, webinars, conferences, etc.
- Pay strategic visits to clients in collaboration with technical management and sales
Qualifications
- Hold a university degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a similar field
- Be proficient in written and verbal communication in Tamil, Hindi and English
- Have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience regarding manufacturing processes in industries such as automotive, aeronautics, energy, and in 3D metrology environments, quality control, and production processes
- Be available and willing to travel frequently (this position is primarily home-based and requires frequent travel across the India, primarily South India)
- Display well-developed interpersonal skills
- Be determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers
- Demonstrate a strong interest for teamwork
- Will be considered an asset: proven experience in CNC CMM programming, familiarity with CAD/CAM software as well as design such as CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, and Inventor
