Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Application Security Lead with 7+years of experience in SAST and expertise in Micro Focus Fortify to lead application security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

נLead SAST activities using Micro Focus Fortify for identifying security vulnerabilities in applications

נDevelop and implement application security strategies, policies, and best practices

נWork with development teams to integrate SAST into SDLC and remediate findings

נConfigure and optimise Micro Focus Fortify for effective vulnerability detection and reporting

נCollaborate with teams to prioritise and address security risks in applications

נProvide expertise on secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability remediation

נStay updated on application security trends, threats, and technologies

נLead efforts to improve application security posture and reduce risk

נIntegrate Fortify Static Code Analyser into DevSecOps pipelines for supported apps

נShare scan reports and remediation guidance with dev teams

נMonitor scan performance and tool health, coordinate with OEM for fixes

נMaintain remediation dashboards and provide insights to AppSec Lead

Requirements:

1.7+ years of experience in application security with expertise in SAST

2.Strong experience with Micro Focus Fortify configuration, tuning, and optimization

3.Familiarity with secure coding practices, threat modelling, and vulnerability management

4.Experience working with development teams to integrate security into SDLC

5.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, application security certifications) a plus
