Job Description

  • Handle overall e-mail correspondence and follow-ups after sales service.
  • Coordinate directly with customers and communicate relevant information to internal team members.
  • Process customer enquiries, prepare tenders, and follow up on requests.
  • Manage routine sales and business development activities.
  • Respond to commercial and technical queries from clients.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of valve standards, including BS, API, ISO, and radiography standards.
  • Communicate tactfully and politely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the production team, attend production meetings, and monitor order progress, including bottlenecks, hold points, rejections, and material shortages.
