We are seeking an experienced Application & Sales Engineer to join our team in Pune, India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by providing technical support and expertise to our clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support for product and application.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations.
- Lead Generation and development of marketing materials and sales tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to provide insightful feedback to the product development team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E Mechanical or Diploma
- 5-10 years of experience in application engineering or technical sales
- Good knowledge of selling Cutting Tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in technical documentation and presentation tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and product demonstrations.
