Application Support: Provide end-to-end support for applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
Production Support: Monitor production systems, ensure stability, and address any issues that arise.
Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure smooth deployments.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.
On-Call Support: Provide on-call support as needed to address critical issues outside regular working hours.
Mandatory Skills:
Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Linux and SQL.
Background: Proven experience in Application/Production Support roles.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in Capital Markets, Trading, or BFSI sectors is highly desirable.
Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant certifications in Linux, SQL, or ITIL.
