Mandatory Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Total Professional Technical Experience: 2+ Years.
- Production Application Support Experience: 1+ Years.
- Linux Administration Experience: 2+ Years.
- Good to have some Docker Containerization Experience: 0+ Years.
- Good to have some Kubernetes Container Orchestration Experience: 0+ Years.
- Python, Shell, or Bash Scripting Experience: 1+ Years.
- Experience in DevOps, GitLab (or any version control system), CI/CD activities, branching/merging models, preferably in Java-based systems: 1+ Years.
- Experience with release automation, and environment management.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and working alongside Agile development teams.
- Capability to support and improve tooling for continuous build, automated testing, and release management.
- Good-to-have operational exposure to AWS, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Good-to-have exposure to SAST.
- Strong analytical mindset for parsing logs, troubleshooting in production environment.
- Readiness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Good To Have
- Good to have experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog and Grafana.
- Good to have familiarity with log aggregation platforms such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana).
- Good to have basic database administration experience with writing SQL queries in PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Good to have understanding of ITSM frameworks and ticketing workflows within platforms like ServiceNow or Salesforce.
- Good to have experience managing and tuning web middleware architectures like Apache, JBoss.
- Good to have professional certifications such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
