Application Packaging Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Package and repackage desktop applications using MSI MSIX APP V and related technologies
• Create and customize installation packages transforms MSTs and deployment scripts
• Deploy and manage applications through SCCM MECM Intune and other endpoint management tools
• Perform application compatibility testing and validation across Windows environments
• Troubleshoot application installation deployment and packaging issues
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate packaging and deployment tasks
• Coordinate with application owners infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to gather packaging requirements
• Ensure adherence to security compliance and software governance standards
• Manage application upgrades patches and version control processes
• Maintain packaging documentation deployment procedures and knowledge base articles
