About Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Packaging Engineer to design, package, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications across Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in application packaging, software deployment, and endpoint management using Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
Key Responsibilities
- Package and repackage applications using MSI, MSIX, App-V, and scripting technologies.
- Create, test, and deploy software packages through SCCM and Intune.
- Perform application compatibility testing and troubleshooting.
- Develop installation, uninstallation, and upgrade packages.
- Manage software distribution, patching, and deployment activities.
- Create detection methods, requirement rules, and deployment types.
- Troubleshoot application deployment failures and endpoint issues.
- Automate packaging and deployment processes using PowerShell.
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security teams.
- Maintain packaging standards, documentation, and deployment procedures.
- Support Windows 10/11 application lifecycle management.
