Description
We are looking for two experienced Application Packaging Engineers with strong skills in PowerShell scripting, Windows scripting, SCCM and JamF. The candidates will be responsible for developing, packaging, and deploying enterprise applications while driving automation initiatives to enhance the Digital Employee Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform application packaging, deployment, and testing across enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell and Windows scripts to automate packaging and deployment workflows.
- Manage and execute application deployments via SCCM, JamF, PatchMyPC and assist with Intune integration if required.
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to streamline software delivery and improve automation.
- Troubleshoot packaging issues, resolve deployment failures, and ensure successful rollouts.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all packaging and scripting processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate and optimize digital workplace processes.
Qualifications
- Years of experience - 5 to 6 years, 23 years of hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting and Windows scripting.
- Proven expertise in Application Packaging (MSI, EXE, MSIX formats).
- Strong experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for application deployment.
- Experience in PatchMyPC deployment.
- Experience in JamF packaging.
- Knowledge of Intune or other modern device management tools is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Windows OS, registry, and application installation mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Nexthink platform.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within defined timelines.
