Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Application Packaging Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in application packaging and software deployment. The candidate will be responsible for packaging applications, supporting deployment activities, troubleshooting packaging issues, and ensuring application compatibility across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, test, and maintain application packages for enterprise deployment.
- Support software deployment processes using appropriate packaging and deployment tools.
- Analyze application installation requirements and identify system compatibility considerations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application packaging, installation, and deployment-related issues.
- Perform testing and validation of application packages across supported environments.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and endpoint teams to resolve deployment issues.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline application packaging workflows.
- Maintain packaging documentation, deployment procedures, and technical specifications.
- Ensure packaged applications meet organizational standards and deployment requirements.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Application Packaging.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in application packaging.
- Hands-on experience with software deployment processes and packaging tools.
- Strong understanding of system integration, application compatibility, and deployment considerations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve packaging-related issues.
- Familiarity with automation techniques and scripting to streamline packaging workflows.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
