Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet user needs and business objectives. You will engage in discussions to gather requirements, provide insights, and guide the development process, ensuring that the final product aligns with the overall vision and strategy of the organization. You will also oversee the implementation of design principles and best practices, ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the application lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and creativity within the team.- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.- Familiarity with front-end development technologies to effectively communicate with development teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
